Philippe specialises in business and operational performance, the design and implementation of new processes, structures and reporting.

Recently he has worked with Carlsberg Tetley, Leoni and the NHS. His industry experience covers a wide field, including caravan assembly, confectionery , cement and furniture manufacturing, health, and food and beverage sectors. Prior to founding Capability Gap, Philippe worked with a number of specialist consultancies, where he concentrated on implementing business strategy. Before consultancy, Philippe was in the oil industry, working for Compagnie General De Geophysique. He is fluent in German.
