Our Team - Roy Drew

Roy Drew is a Chartered Psychologist,  specialising in Organisational Development (OD).

He  facilitates the Executive Boards of companies in the design and implementation of organisational change programmes, addressing issues of strategy clarification and communication, leadership, organisation and work role redesign, systems and process improvement, HRM realignment and the facilitation of cultural adaptation.  He has undertaken research on behalf of the Commission of the European Communities.

Roy has tutored MBA programmes in strategic management and change for the UK's largest business school.
