Olga specialises in business and operational performance, the design and implementation of new processes, structures and reporting. clients have included NatWest and Lloyds TSB, Yorkshire and Britannia Buidling Societies, DWP Netcare.

Olga lectures at Bradford University School of Management in Operations Management, Project Management and Bussiness Performance Management and Measurement to MBA and MSc students.

Prior to founding Capability Gap, she worked with PA Consulting Group, Cap Gemini Sogeti, and Lloyds TSB.
Olga is on the Board of Governors, Leeds Trinity and All Saints.
